Approaching to July 2015, we would like to highlights several things together as following:

1. Congratulation to:
- Mas Erick for his new place…, keep shining up & wish you all the best
- Mba Retni for her enrollment with CC ECP, keep the spirit in the air
- Mas Harri as new Father, stay healthy & joyful life with your baby boy
- Mba Winda for keeping very minimum invoice pending in ECP
- Mba Terry for her new life in/out side FCB at the end of July
- Mba Connie for her awaited come back after Lebaran

2. Personnel:
- Alda will join us (FCB/OPS) in August i/o July, so the formal NOO for Mba Retni & Mas Dafik will also as per August

3. Budget:
- DP will issue DS official (Base case & Low case*) = 8 July
- Kick off meeting PdC09 2015 & IB 2016 with Users & EVP = 10 July
- Meeting budget with User = 27 July – 7 August
- Budget input & allocation update + additional request (post budget meeting) = 10-14 August
- Budget run in SAP = 18 August (both PdC & IB)
- BCM with EVP/DEVP = 25-26 August
*) Low case only impacted to Well Conn. in IB 2016

4. Invoice:
- Please kindly be aware with the availability of CRO/SES releaser act. & his/her SAP accessibility (closed contact with User & BSM)
- Remind Vendor to submit the PBR timely to ensure the smoothness of payment process
- Appreciate to share any issue which may lead to jeopardize our zero pending inv. objective

5. Update Info:
- We’ll have quarterly meeting w/ EVP on 27 July, the agenda/issue will be (Cap to Non Cap stock movement, Maintaining RFS OH 1.3% i/o 2%, Glimpse of PdC09 & Obligation to use IDR as of July 2015 for any transaction inside Indonesia based on the issuance of new PBI (except several specific cases e.g. Expat, Rig, PJC cost, etc.))
- Following the above paragraph, we have to remind/challenge User when receive a new PR -> why still USD? (unless the local content is below 50%)
- The 10% of handling/admin fee is not allowable anymore in DNV. This is more on tax issue (we have to admit revenue & pay the VAT on that 10%). As the way out (alternative) to minimize the DNV reimbursement from Vendor, we can apply penalty or personal allocated cost.
- The shallow gas hazard issue has ‘almost’ been settled. We propose 114M$ but the Insurance agree for 104M$ & finally TEPI agree on that but still w/f SKK validation. The 104M$ (most likely) will be paid by Jasindo in 2015 & recorded as negative cost rec.

6. Routine:
- CCMR targeted to be done 1st week of July & duet meeting before Lebaran holiday
- Working paper PdC09 & IB 2016 shall be launched on 2nd week of July
- The other routine request from REP re. Q2 closing & User have to be managed due tight schedule in this month

7. Others:
- Our consolidation meeting next month is skipped due to Lebaran & deep condolence for our kenclengan L, may someone who take it get blessed in his/her life.
