8. Three Arbitrators
8.1 If three arbitrators are to be appointed, each party shall nominate one arbitrator.
8.2 If a party fails to make a nomination within 14 days after receipt of a partyʼs nomination of an arbitrator, or in the manner otherwise agreed by the parties, the President shall proceed to appoint the arbitrator on its behalf.
8.3 Unless the parties have agreed upon another procedure for appointing the third arbitrator, or if such agreed procedure does not result in a nomination within the time limit fixed by the parties or by the Registrar, the third arbitrator, who shall act as the presiding arbitrator, shall be appointed by the President.

8.1 Jika tiga arbiter yang ditunjuk, masing-masing pihak akan mencalonkan satu arbiter.
8.2 Jika pihak gagal untuk membuat nominasi dalam waktu 14 hari setelah menerima nominasi party's dari seorang arbiter, atau dengan cara yang jika disetujui oleh pihak, Presiden akan melanjutkan untuk menunjuk arbiter atas namanya.
8.3 Kecuali para pihak telah disepakati prosedur lain untuk menunjuk arbiter ketiga, atau jika prosedur yang disepakati tersebut tidak menghasilkan nominasi dalam batas waktu yang ditetapkan oleh pihak atau dengan Panitera, arbitrator ketiga, yang akan bertindak sebagai arbiter ketua, diangkat oleh Presiden.
