Unless otherwise stated in the Part

Unless otherwise stated in the Particular Conditions:
(a) the Contractor shall be responsible for keeping
unauthorised persons off the Site, and
(b) authorised persons shall be limited to the
Contractor’s Personnel and the Employer’s
Personnel; and to any other personnel notified to the
Contractor, by the Employer or the Engineer, as
authorised personnel of the Employer’s other
contractors on the Site.

Kecuali dinyatakan lain dalam Ketentuan khusus:
(a) Kontraktor harus bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga
orang yang tidak sah dari Situs, dan
(b) orang yang berwenang harus terbatas pada
Kontraktor Personil dan Majikan
Personil; dan personil lainnya diberitahukan kepada
Kontraktor, oleh Majikan atau Engineer, sebagai
petugas yang berwenang dari Majikan lain
kontraktor di Situs.
