Siwon roughly pulled on Yesung’s hands, taking her away from his friends who just gaped at them. Yesung let herself be pulled away, wondering why Siwon was so intent on getting her away from his friends. She sighed, his friends are as gorgeous as him, it would be a shame not to know these guys.

“Siwon, you’re pulling on me too hard,” she squeaks out at him, when she feels his hand tighten around her wrists.

Siwon finally stopped and let go of her hands. Yesung smiled gratefully at him while rubbing her wrists. She looked up at him and frowned when she sees him scowling. “Is there any problem, Won-ah?”

Siwon sighs before starting. “Yesung, you shouldn’t tell guys you’ve just met that you are a virgin,” he says exasperatedly.
“Why not? I am a virgin after all,” she replies nonchalantly.

“It’s just the way it works,” he patiently answers her. “You don’t tell guys you’ve just met that you are a virgin,” Yesung only looks at him questioningly. “Especially if said guys are my friends...”

“Your friends seem nice. I don’t understand why I shouldn’t tell them that I am of pure virtue. The last time I’ve been to the human world, people would do things to show their purity, is it not the same now?” she asked him.

“Yesung, how many years have you been locked up in that temple?” Siwon asked her patiently.

“Uhm, 400 years?” she says, bringing up four of her fingers to Siwon’s eye level.

“Yes, 400 years, awfully long time right? So of course, things have changed. Today, if you go around proclaiming to others that you’re a virgin, then you’re only inviting guys to flock at you,” Siwon explains. “And it doesn’t help that you’re—you’re beautiful. “

“OH, I see...,” Yesung nods. “But, the people in that time do it as an invitation for mating…,” Yesung continues. “Does flocking to me mean that they would want to mate with me?”

Siwon gulped, and cursed mentally, how can these girl be so dense for a demigod? “Just, just promise me you won’t do that again.”

“Oh, okay, since it upsets you so much, I won’t tell everybody that I haven’t mated with anyone yet, and that I’m still a virgin.”

Siwon could only facepalm, he was hearing the word virgin too many times. He tried to walk faster and leave the girl walking on her own, but she seems to have read his mind since she quickly laced her fingers with him, and walked with him with her head leaning on his shoulders.

“Won-ah, you think I’m beautiful?”

Siwon nods weakly, not wanting to upset her.

“But, didn’t you always say that only a human can be called beautiful?” she pressed on. “Does that mean that I’m slowly becoming human in your eyes?”
