Art 21.2 SCM makes provision for an administrative review. It can be initiated either ex officio, provided that a reasonable time since the imposition of CVDs has lapsed, or upon request by an interested party, at any time following the original imposition. The subject-matter of an administrative review does not necessarily overlap with that of a sunset review. Irrespective whether it has been initiated ex officio or upon request, an investigating authority could investigate whether:
(a) the continued imposition of duties is necessary to offset subsidization; or whether
(b) the damage would be likely to recur if the duty in place were removed; or whether
(c) subsidization resulting in damage will continue/recur, assuming that the duties in place were to be removed.

Seni 21,2 SCM membuat ketentuan untuk review administratif. Hal ini dapat dimulai baik ex officio, asalkan waktu yang wajar karena pengenaan CVDs telah berakhir, atau atas permintaan oleh pihak yang berkepentingan, setiap saat mengikuti pengenaan asli. Subjek-soal review administrasi tidak selalu tumpang tindih dengan yang dari tinjauan matahari terbenam. Terlepas apakah sudah dimulai ex officio atau atas permintaan, otoritas investigasi bisa menyelidiki apakah:
(a) pengenaan lanjutan dari tugas yang diperlukan untuk mengimbangi subsidi; atau apakah
(b) kerusakan akan cenderung kambuh jika bertugas di tempat yang dihapus; atau apakah
(c) subsidi yang mengakibatkan kerusakan akan terus / kambuh, dengan asumsi bahwa tugas di tempat itu harus dihapus.
