Thank you for your quick response once again, kindly understand that the nature of this business is buying and selling and we share the profit accordingly. 

All I need in this transaction is someone who will present himself to the company, as the local dealer of the product. I will use my position within the company to ensure that supply order is issued in your favor.

Thereafter, you will get this product from the local dealer at the rate of ($980) per packet and supply to the company at the rate of $2,800 per packet and the profit will be shared between you and I as agreed. However, before we can move on to the business proper, I need your assurance on the following: 

(1) That my percentage of the net profit should be given to me as agreed. Yours will be 70% while mine is 30%, for any expenses you incur during this transaction.
(2) That on no accord should you allow the company or its delegate to have the contact of the local dealer or know that you are not the real local dealer. This is in other to protect our interest in subsequent transaction; hence, this transaction would be a continuous one.
 
(3) In this first transaction with the company, the mode of payment would be cash on delivery or wired transfer into your nominated account after verification of the product by the company delegate that will arrive in Indonesia.
 
(4) An LPO will be issued to you by the company after you have confirm availability and quantity you are able to supply, after you have gotten this information from the local dealer in  Indonesia to ascertain the product  and make payment.
 
(5) The minimum supply per transaction is 50 to 100 packets but for now, you can tell the company how many quantity you can afford to supply.
 
(6) The company would be responsible for the export of the produce through its representative that would arrive to meet you in Indonesia.
 
(7) Company cannot give advance payment in this first transaction because of company past experience, it is cash on delivery i.e. you show the sample of the product to the representative and he make payment for the full amount of produce and you deliver produce to our delegate for shipment.
 
(8) That is why I contact you to present yourself as the dealer of the product to the company,  you buy the product from the local dealer at the rate of ($980.00) per package and supply to the company at the rate of $2,800.the profit would be shared between you and I.
 
(9) I have the contact of the local dealer in Indonesia who has the exact specification the company needs and will give you her contact when you signify your interest approval of this condition.
 
(10) I will inform you on how to transfer my share of the profit after the execution of the business.
 
Kindly be informed, that there is no legal consequences in this transaction. Any law in the world does not prohibit the product. Beside, you will be dealing with a Multinational company, and all its transaction must be in accordance with the law.

Upon, your agreement of the above by signing the MOU, I will inform you on how to approach the company. For supply order to be issued in your favor. Your urgent response to this mail would be highly appreciated. Hoping that this mail will meet you in good health.
