Due to your ending contract with Dimension Data Indonesia, kindly fill in the exit interview form attached (sheet form 1, 2 (page 1 and 2) and 3), be verified by your Line Manager/ BU Head/ Director and related dept. (PS/MS/SALES, ITG, FINANCE, P&C) and handover the hardcopy when you have already come to office.

This is the procedure and if it is already completed, kindly return DDID properties such as: office equipment, laptop, token, Insurance & ID Cards, etc to P&C in your last working day.

PnC will send you the official letter for this end of contract period, and we will proceed all your remaining last salary once you have completed the exit interview form attach.
