Job Description :
a. Assist Preconstruction and Project Management to develop an initial project schedule and communicate sequence and schedule updates to all contractors and vendors.
b. Develops, implements, maintain, and enforce a project specific quality assurance/quality control and workmanship program to include all contractors
c. Ensure & establish timely project completion through project scheduling & monitoring, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material, document submittals/approvals, and all other project related documents during the construction phase.
d. Working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract justification & scope of changes, purchase orders, shop drawings, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-built.
e. Perform and monitor all constructions control reporting measures including daily & weekly reports, safety reports, monthly payment applications & financial reports and timesheets.
f. Coordination with others dept. to solve any issue which impact to progress on site.
g. Ensure that safety measures meet and exceed the SHE policy.

Job Description :
a. Conducts advanced and complex engineering, evaluates alternatives, makes recommendations and presents reports to the management.
b. Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
c. Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting & Identification of resources need.
d. Defines, develops and implements quality assurance / quality control practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
e. Preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders.
f. Conduct reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award & administration.
g. Calculate and analysis of actual performance rates, compare to budget rate, provide the factual information to feed directly into forecasting and analysis project performance.
h. Conduct a mitigation plan & action plan recommendation to be taken to maintain project completion date.
