Please see below the arrangements that need to be done by Three Buns by 4 pm on 11 March. Sony (PIC from InterNations) will be at Three Buns by 5 pm latest to oversee the layout and arrangements. InterNations team will be there by 6 pm.

1) Please prepare 2 sets of stickers Tom & Jerry for the name tags of guests.

2) DRINK Vouchers to be prepared as follows : (will be prepared from marketing)
4 Drink vouchers per pax X 80 pax = 320 Drink Vouchers. Please staple into sets of 4 vouchers. Total : 80 sets.

3) The RECEIPTS to be prepared as follows : (will be prepared from marketing)
Rp. 250.000 - 80 pieces
Rp. 370.000 - 60 pieces
Rp. 400.000 - 18 pieces

4) Sony will do the calculations per pax and hand over the cash to you after the party is over @ 11 pm.

5) Kindly arrange the following for the registration table :
Ensure 3 pax can sit at the table.

6) Please have following items :
- 2 Spidol
- 2 Stabilo / highlighter
- 1 Scissors
- 2 Small Staplers & 1 box staples
- 4 Pens
- Blank A4 size paper - 12 sheets
- Blank name cards for lucky draw
- Fish bowl for collecting name cards
7) 2 Lucky draw vouchers Rp. 200.000 each (will be prepared from marketing)

8) Final Guest list will be emailed to you by 12 noon on event day - to be printed - 3 sets needed (will be prepared from marketing)

Name tags & Blank name cards for lucky draw - guests will fill themselves as that saves a lot of time.

All stationery mentioned above will be returned after event is over. Please let us know if any of the stationary listed above can be borrowed from outlet. Any stationary that aren't available from outlet can be purchased under marketing budget

Total:. 80 set 3) PENERIMAAN harus dipersiapkan sebagai berikut: (akan disiapkan dari pemasaran) Rp. 250,000-80 potongan Rp. 370,000-60 potongan Rp. 400,000-18 buah . 4) Sony akan melakukan perhitungan per pax dan menyerahkan uang tunai kepada Anda setelah pesta selesai @ 23:00 5) Mohon mengatur berikut untuk meja pendaftaran: Pastikan 3 pax bisa duduk di meja. 6 ) Silakan item berikut: - 2 Spidol - 2 Stabilo / stabilo - 1 Gunting - 2 stapler Kecil & 1 box staples - 4 Pens - Kosong ukuran kertas A4 - 12 lembar - kartu nama kosong untuk lucky draw - mangkuk ikan untuk mengumpulkan kartu nama 7) 2 undian voucher Rp. 200.000 masing-masing (akan disiapkan dari marketing) 8) daftar Akhir Tamu akan dikirimkan melalui email kepada Anda oleh 12 siang pada hari acara - yang akan dicetak - 3 set yang dibutuhkan (akan disiapkan dari pemasaran) Tag nama & kartu nama kosong untuk undian - Para tamu akan mengisi diri mereka sebagai yang menghemat banyak waktu. Semua alat tersebut di atas akan dikembalikan setelah acara selesai. Harap beritahu kami jika salah satu dari stasioner yang tercantum di atas dapat dipinjam dari stopkontak. Setiap stasioner yang tidak tersedia dari stopkontak dapat dibeli dengan anggaran pemasaran Tiara, silahkan konfirmasi untuk stasioner yang perlu dibeli akan berada di bawah anggaran pemasaran
