Rubber Nursery.
Most of the activities in the nursery is currently focused on raising enough seedlings for 2015 planting (235 has). Almost 75 % of the “klatak” (rubber seed) required for root stocks has been raised and transferred into the polybag. In general the quality of newly germinated seedlings is satisfactory but there been worries that the klatak obtained from local suppliers is of sub-standard quality as the seedlings is mostly deformed and stunted. ACTION PLAN: a) immediately stop any purchase of klatak from local suppliers; Mase to use only seeds from own field or TDE/BPE b) only seeds with successful germination within 7 days after sowing will be transferred into polybag and c) get rid of the sub-standard seedlings of the nursery immediately
There is a significant improvement in culling standard. Most seedlings are looked healthy and vigor. No signs of serious P & D problem. Seedlings for 2015 planting will be budded in April in 5 consecutive month at about 32,300 seedlings per month. By mid-September 2015 the first batch of seedlings for 2015 replant will be ready for transplanting.

Karet Nursery. Sebagian besar kegiatan di persemaian saat ini difokuskan pada peningkatan cukup bibit untuk penanaman 2015 (235 memiliki). Hampir 75% dari "klatak" (karet bibit) yang diperlukan untuk saham akar telah diangkat dan dipindahkan ke polybag. Secara umum kualitas bibit yang baru berkecambah memuaskan tapi ada menjadi kekhawatiran bahwa klatak diperoleh dari pemasok lokal kualitas sub-standar sebagai bibit sebagian besar cacat dan kerdil. RENCANA AKSI: a) segera menghentikan pembelian klatak dari pemasok lokal; Mase untuk hanya menggunakan bibit dari lapangan sendiri atau TDE / BPE b) hanya bibit dengan sukses perkecambahan dalam waktu 7 hari setelah tanam akan ditransfer ke polybag dan c) menyingkirkan bibit sub-standar pembibitan segera ada perbaikan yang signifikan dalam pemusnahan standar. Kebanyakan bibit tampak sehat dan semangat. Tidak ada tanda-tanda P & D masalah serius. Bibit untuk penanaman 2015 akan bertunas pada bulan April di 5 bulan berturut-turut pada sekitar 32.300 bibit per bulan. Pada pertengahan September 2015 batch pertama dari bibit untuk penanaman kembali 2015 akan siap untuk tanam.
