whether DM interferes with reproductive performance
using zebrafish (Danio rerio) as a
model. Our experimental approach was to expose
mature zebrafish to environmentally relevant
concentration of DM and to assess the
consequence of exposure on reproductive
hormones vitellogenin (VTG), 17β estradiol
(E2), 11-ketotestosterone (11-KT), histology
of both gonads by relating to the fecundity.
The windows of exposure selected gains significance
as the fish looks normal and healthy
externally but parameters of reproduction
could be affected.
