In this study, a simple, accurate, and reliable method was developed to evaluate the quality of Ziyang green tea by using the established HPLC fingerprint and the determination of ten bioactive compounds.
The results showed that the method was reliable, with high precision and good repeatability, and thus was suitable for the quality assessment of Ziyang green tea samples.
For the fingerprint analysis, 13 characteristics fingerprint peaks were applied to evaluating the similarities among ten batches of Ziyang green tea and showed good similarities.
For the quantitative determination, ten components of ten batches of Ziyang green tea were successfully separated and determined.
Considering its advantages of reliability and sensitivity, the HPLC fingerprint method coupled with quantitative analysis has great potential to be widely used for identifying the authenticity and assessing the quality of the Ziyang green tea.

4. Kesimpulan
Dalam penelitian ini, metode sederhana, akurat, dan dapat diandalkan dikembangkan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas green tea Ziyang dengan menggunakan didirikan HPLC fi ngerprint dan penentuan sepuluh senyawa bioaktif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode itu dapat diandalkan, dengan tinggi presisi dan pengulangan yang baik, dan dengan demikian cocok untuk penilaian kualitas Ziyang sampel teh hijau.
