In order to comply to the new regulation to the new regulation from Bank
Indonesia number 17/3/PBI/2015 and enacted by Minister Of Law and Human
Rights on 31 March 2015 regarding obligation to use IDR (rupiah) for any
business transaction in Indonesia (attached), hereby I announce that start
from 13 July 2015 we must comply with this regulation and at the latest on
15 July 2015 all transaction in Hotel Sultan and Residences must using IDR.



Inregards to Bank Indonesia Regulation, here are some guidance for
implementation :

1. Businesses both individuals and corporations are required to
include the price of the goods and / or services only in Rupiah (all rates),
and banned using dual pricelist simultaneously (dual quotation).

2. It is compulsory that all contract with 3rd party in Indonesia
using Indonesia currency for all transaction.

3. In Articles 16 BI Regulation stated against a written agreement
regarding the payment or settlement of liabilities in foreign currency made
prior to the date of July 1, 2015 following provisions apply:

a. The written agreement includes parent treaty, agreement or other
document derivatives containing the transaction will be done by the parties.

b. Written agreement is a derivative or implementation of master
agreements made since the date of July 1, 2015 are treated as a stand-alone
agreement shall be subject to regulations concerning the obligation to use
the Rupiah in the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia. (Agreements made
prior to the date of July 1, 2015 retroactive to the end)

c. Extension and / or amendment to the written agreement made after
the date of July 1, 2015 shall be subject to regulations concerning the
obligation to use the Rupiah in the Territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
Changes to the written agreement of the parties, among others, changes in
the agreement, the price of the goods and / or services, and / or the object
of the agreement.

Hotel Controller Association meeting via skype on 23 June 2015 mostly hotel
and service apartments in Jakarta will be use rupiah in all transaction

Sayang Bu Rina dan semua, Dalam rangka untuk mematuhi peraturan baru untuk peraturan baru dari Bank Indonesia nomor 17/3 / PBI / 2015 dan diundangkan oleh Menteri Hukum dan Asasi Manusia Of Hak atas 31 Mar 2015 mengenai kewajiban untuk menggunakan IDR (rupiah) untuk setiap transaksi bisnis di Indonesia (terlampir), dengan ini saya mengumumkan bahwa mulai dari 13 Juli 2015 kita harus mematuhi peraturan ini dan paling lambat tanggal 15 Juli 2015 seluruh transaksi di Hotel Sultan dan Residences harus menggunakan Rp. Inregards Peraturan Bank Indonesia, berikut adalah beberapa panduan untuk implementasi: 1. Bisnis baik individu dan perusahaan diwajibkan untuk menyertakan harga barang dan / atau jasa hanya dalam Rupiah (semua tarif), dan dilarang menggunakan ganda pricelist secara bersamaan (dual kutip). 2. Ini adalah wajib bahwa semua kontrak dengan pihak ke-3 di Indonesia menggunakan mata uang Indonesia untuk semua transaksi. 3. Dalam Pasal 16 Peraturan BI menyatakan terhadap perjanjian tertulis mengenai pembayaran atau penyelesaian kewajiban dalam mata uang asing membuat sebelum tanggal 1 Juli 2015 berlaku ketentuan sebagai berikut: a. Perjanjian tertulis meliputi perjanjian induk, kesepakatan atau lainnya derivatif dokumen yang berisi transaksi akan dilakukan oleh para pihak. b. Perjanjian tertulis merupakan turunan atau implementasi master perjanjian yang dibuat sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2015 diperlakukan sebagai berdiri sendiri perjanjian harus tunduk pada peraturan mengenai kewajiban untuk menggunakan Rupiah dalam Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia. (Perjanjian dibuat sebelum tanggal 1 Juli 2015 yang berlaku surut sampai akhir) c. Penyuluhan dan / atau amandemen perjanjian tertulis yang dibuat setelah tanggal 1 Juli 2015 harus tunduk pada peraturan tentang kewajiban menggunakan Rupiah dalam Wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia.
