Associate Professor Willie Belleh, Jr. was Chief of Staff to the Head of State and Chairman of the National Transitional Government of Liberia (NTGL). He is a Management Specialist and a Lawyer, with over twenty-five (25) years of management, academic and consulting experience in government, academia and the private sector.
 
Professor Belleh taught courses in Management for many years and rose from the rank of Assistant Professor of Management to the rank of Associate Professor and Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration of the University of Liberia. He co-founded Subah-Belleh Associates, a management consulting firm, and has primarily consulted for the Government of Liberia, international development agencies, United Nations specialized agencies, multilateral financial institutions, and non-governmental organizations.
 
Professor Belleh was appointed by the President, Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and confirmed by the Liberian Senate. He officially took office on April 6, 2010

Associate Professor Willie Belleh, Jr adalah Kepala Staf kepada Kepala Negara dan Ketua Pemerintahan Transisi Nasional Liberia (NTGL). Dia adalah Spesialis Manajemen dan Pengacara, dengan lebih dari dua puluh lima (25) tahun manajemen, pengalaman akademis dan konsultasi di pemerintahan, akademisi dan sektor swasta. Profesor Belleh mengajar mata kuliah Manajemen selama bertahun-tahun dan bangkit dari pangkat Asisten Profesor Manajemen ke peringkat Associate Professor dan Dekan College of Business dan Administrasi Publik dari Universitas Liberia. Ia mendirikan Subah-Belleh Associates, sebuah perusahaan konsultan manajemen, dan telah terutama berkonsultasi untuk Pemerintah Liberia, lembaga pembangunan internasional, PBB khusus instansi, lembaga keuangan multilateral, dan organisasi non-pemerintah. Profesor Belleh ditunjuk oleh Presiden , Paduka Yang Mulia Ibu Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, dan dikonfirmasi oleh Senat Liberia. Dia resmi menjabat pada April 6, 2010
