Infant/Toddler Programs
Th e inclusion of infants and toddlers in group care is the
result of more mothers in the workforce. Infant/toddler
programs may be full-day centers or they may be parttime.
Most are a combination of physical care coupled
with intellectual simulation and development.
Parent relationships are an especially important
part of any program for babies and toddlers. Th e general
intention of these centers is to provide care that is
supplemental to family life and that supports the
child’s family structure. To do that, the caregiver at an
infant/toddler center involves the parents in the everyday
decisions about the care of their child, provides
them with information about the child’s day, and
strengthens the child’s sense of belonging to that particular
family.

Bayi / Program Balita
Th e masuknya bayi dan balita dalam perawatan kelompok adalah
hasil dari ibu lebih dalam angkatan kerja. Bayi / balita
program mungkin pusat hari penuh atau mereka mungkin parttime.
Kebanyakan adalah kombinasi dari perawatan fisik ditambah
dengan simulasi intelektual dan pengembangan.
Hubungan Induk adalah sangat penting
bagian dari program apapun untuk bayi dan balita. Th e umum
niat pusat ini adalah untuk memberikan perawatan yang
tambahan untuk kehidupan keluarga dan yang mendukung
struktur keluarga anak. Untuk melakukan itu, pengasuh pada
pusat bayi / balita melibatkan orang tua dalam sehari
keputusan tentang perawatan anak mereka, memberikan
mereka informasi tentang hari anak, dan
memperkuat rasa anak dari milik yang khusus
keluarga.
