One of the biggest setbacks you can
encounter in Top Eleven is having your
players injured. It’s a frequent
occurrence in football, and while it’s
impossible to completely avoid it, you
are still able to do a few things to
minimize chances of injury.
First off, make sure your players are in
top form. Having a tired team train or
play a match will only increase the
chances of an injury. To avoid this,
make sure to always keep in mind when
your next match is due and whether
your players will have the time to
recover from training before it starts. If
you feel uncertain, always remember
that you can spend Rests to improve
your players’ condition.
Same as with matches, never train your
players when they are in bad shape. the
worse their condition, the higher the
chance an injury can occur. Even at full
condition, setting team intensity high
during training carries inherent risks.
It’s a matter of whether you want to
get skill points faster, but risking
injuring your players, or taking it slow
and steady, in order to minimize injury
chances.
