RESULTS
In the present work, the colon specific
microspheres of diclofenac sodium were
prepared using solvent evaporation method. For
the colon targeting synthetic polymers namely
ethyl cellulose (EC), cellulose acetate phthalate
(CAP), and Eudragit L 100-55 were used to
prepare the microspheres. The prepared
formulations of different drug polymer ratio were
evaluated for physical properties like particle
size, bulk density, tap density, angle of repose
and percent drug encapsulation efficiency and in
vitro drug release study.

Pada penelitian ini, spesifik usus
mikrosfer dari natrium diklofenak yang
disusun dengan menggunakan metode penguapan pelarut. Untuk
usus menargetkan polimer sintetis yaitu
etil selulosa (EC), selulosa asetat ftalat
(CAP), dan Eudragit L 100-55 digunakan untuk
mempersiapkan mikrosfer. Menyiapkan
formulasi rasio polimer obat yang berbeda
dievaluasi untuk sifat fisik seperti partikel
ukuran, berat isi, kepadatan keran, sudut diam
efisiensi dan persen obat enkapsulasi dan
studi pelepasan obat in vitro.
