The study aims to determine the Direct Assistance Program Implementation While the Community (BLSM) In Pandeglang village, subdistrict of Pandeglang Pandeglang, to determine the level of welfare of the poor in the village Pandeglang, District Pandeglang after digulirkannya BLSM program. and to determine the effect Direct Assistance Program Implementation While the Community (BLSM) against the welfare of the poor in the village Pandeglang, District Pandeglang Pandeglang.
This study uses survey research methods with quantitative analysis. The population is poor as many as 302 people. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is the type of sampling Probability Proportionate Random Sampling with a number of samples as many as 75 people.
Based on the results of research on the implementation of the program BLSM, of the total respondents 75 people were given 13 statements, found that the results can be concluded that the implementation of the program in the Village Pandeglang BLSM been implemented properly. This can be evidenced by the acquisition of the percentage results of respondents in the amount of 68.90%, where the figure is in the range of 50% - 75% to the category judging Fine. Furthermore mengnai miskindi village level community welfare Pandeglang figure of 63.13% was obtained, where the figure is in the range of 50% - 75% to the category judging Fine. which means that the program is implemented in Sub Pandeglang BLSM resulting poor level of social welfare recipients to be good BLSM / prosperous.
Correlation analysis results obtained value of r of 0566, based on the interval correlation coefficient (0.400 to 0.599) suggested a moderate degree of influence. Means the influence of the implementation of the program BLSM to the level of prosperity of the community in the village Pandeglang included in the category of moderate and positive. While the contribution or the role of the program BLSM towards the welfare of the poor beneficiaries BLSM amounted to 32.04%, while the remaining 67.96% is another variable n is not the writer carefully, then the results of significance test of correlation using t test the hypothesis, known thitung greater than ttable namely (5866> 2660) this means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that the effect of the implementation of the program BLSM to the level of prosperity of the community in the village Pandeglang acceptable.

Ini studi kegunaan penelitian metode survei dengan analisis kuantitatif. Kota ini memiliki penduduk sebanyak 302 orang miskin. Sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenis sampling probabilitas proporsional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang.
