The Employee acknowledges that

The Employee acknowledges that all files, customer records, lists, books, records,
literature, software, products and work products developed by the Employee in the
course of his/her employment with the Employer, and other materials owned by the
Employer or used by the Employer in connection with the conduct of business by the
Employer shall at all times remain the sole property of the Employer, and the
Employee agrees that upon request and upon termination of the Employee’s
employment hereunder, howsoever arising, the Employee shall surrender to the
Employer all such files, customer records, lists, books, records, literature, products,
software, work products, and any copies thereof and all other property belonging to
the Employer.

Mengakui Karyawan bahwa semua file, data pelanggan, daftar, buku, catatan,
sastra, perangkat lunak, produk dan produk kerja yang dikembangkan oleh Karyawan di
kursus nya / pekerjaannya dengan Majikan, dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang dimiliki oleh
Majikan atau digunakan oleh Majikan sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan bisnis oleh
Majikan harus setiap saat tetap satu-satunya milik Majikan, dan
Karyawan setuju bahwa atas permintaan dan atas penghentian Karyawan
bawah ini kerja, apapun yang timbul, Karyawan harus menyerah kepada
Majikan semua file tersebut, catatan pelanggan, daftar, buku, catatan, sastra, produk,
perangkat lunak, produk kerja, dan setiap salinannya dan semua properti lainnya milik
Majikan.
