The finalized questionnaire consist

The finalized questionnaire consisted of four sections. The
first section introduced the ERM definition and research objectives,
while the second section was meant to profile the respondents.
In the third part, a total of 71 ERM best practices identified from
the literature review and the pilot study were listed. The respondents
were requested to rate the applicability of each best practice
in CCFs using a five-point Likert scale (1 ¼ very inapplicable,
2 ¼ inapplicable, 3 ¼ medium, 4 ¼ applicable, and 5 ¼ very
applicable). In the fourth section, the respondents were asked to
rate the importance of each ERM maturity criterion according to
another five-point scale (1 ¼ very low, 2 ¼ low, 3 ¼ medium,
4 ¼ high, and 5 ¼ very high).

Kuesioner diselesaikan terdiri dari empat bagian. The
Bagian pertama memperkenalkan definisi ERM dan tujuan penelitian,
sedangkan bagian kedua dimaksudkan untuk profil responden.
Pada bagian ketiga, total 71 ERM praktik terbaik diidentifikasi dari
tinjauan literatur dan studi percontohan yang terdaftar. Para responden
diminta untuk menilai penerapan setiap praktek terbaik
di CCF menggunakan lima poin skala Likert (1 ¼ sangat diterapkan,
2 ¼ diterapkan, 3 ¼ menengah, 4 ¼ berlaku, dan 5 ¼ sangat
berlaku). Pada bagian keempat, responden diminta untuk
menilai pentingnya setiap kriteria ERM jatuh tempo sesuai dengan
yang lain skala lima poin (1 ¼ sangat rendah, 2 ¼ rendah, 3 ¼ menengah,
4 ¼ tinggi, dan 5 ¼ sangat tinggi).
