19. Language of Arbitration
19.1 Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the Tribunal shall determine the language to be used in the proceedings.
19.2 If a document is written in a language other than the language(s) of the arbitration, the Tribunal, or if the Tribunal has not been established, the Registrar, may order that party to submit a translation in a form to be determined by the Tribunal or the Registrar.

19.1 Kecuali para pihak telah diperjanjikan lain, Majelis harus menentukan bahasa yang akan digunakan dalam proses.
19.2 Jika dokumen ditulis dalam bahasa lain selain bahasa (s) dari arbitrase, Pengadilan, atau jika Tribunal belum ditetapkan, Panitera, dapat memerintahkan pihak yang menyerahkan terjemahan dalam bentuk yang akan ditentukan oleh Pengadilan atau Panitera.
