I've lost my village! Can I get it back?
We recommend that you play only one village per device, and that you attach your village to a unique Game Center or Google+ account of your own. If you load multiple villages on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of the villages in the process.

If you've lost your village and can't use Game Center or Google+ to recover it, send us an in-game message. That will assure we have all the necessary data to make the recovering process as quick as possible.

Please include the following information in the message, so that we can locate your village:

- Exact village name and clan name of your lost village
- Exact Town Hall level of your lost village
- Exact XP level of your lost village

For security reasons, we may need to get back to you with additional questions about your account.

Devices that do not support Google+ also cannot be used for saving a backup. Clash of Clans does not support emulators, and it is not possible to recover a lost village if you are using are playing on a Blackberry, Nokia X-Series, Kindle HD, or any other platform that is not supported by the game.
