If the application processing fee is insufficient (i.e. less than 30,000 yen), your
application documents will be regarded as incomplete and your applicant material will
be rejected. In such a case, the remitted application processing fee will be returned, but
any charges payable to the bank in Japan as well as the applicant’s side will have to be
borne by the applicant himself/herself. However, the application processing fee will not
be returned in any other cases except for the conditions listed under Point#7 of this
Application Guideline.
