Since the saw mill is being built on PAL HGU, there is a risk that any damage caused by the saw mill will result in claims againt PT PAL. Theoretically your own employees could claim against PT PAL since the structure is located on PAL HGU, without a separate HGB.
I would therefore like to know if you have any third party liability. If not then you need to arrange to get one and specifically name PT PAL ,its employees and assets as specific insured against this policy. If you already have this policy please assist to send us the name of your broker and insurance company so that we can ascertain the financial strength of the company.
This third party liability policy will only cover once the saw mill is in operation. If it is still being constructed then I would request you get a Contractors All Risk Policy (CAR) for the mill which once again names PT PAL, its employees and assets as specific insured.
