aliran elektron sehingga hasil dari NADH atau FADH2 ke O2 melalui
kompleks protein terletak pada membran mitokondria bagian dalam. Sebuah
distribusi yang tidak merata dari proton yang mengarah ke kekuatan proton-motif yang
dibuat sebagai hasil transfer elektron dalam memompa proton keluar
