Open both FFIII, and GameGuardian.S

Open both FFIII, and GameGuardian.
Search the current value for desired item (i.e. hp, exp or gil)
Decrease or increase the value through the game (fight to gain a bit of exp or lose health or buy/sell something)
search for new value
repeat step 3 and 4 till you have 1 or 2 results left (there is only one value for exp 2 values)
change the values and you are done.
